Pakistani Foreign Minister Muhammad Ishaq Dar pointed out that “the reason behind not starting the Swiss negotiations is related to the preoccupation of Iranian officials with the rituals of the month of Muharram.” He said: "There are no obstacles to the start of the Swiss negotiations, and the talks must be completed within a period of 60 days."
